Existing wood burning fireplace to convert to log set. Minimal heat output. Log sets are used to achieve a very realistic aesthetic. However, heat loss up chimney is GREAT because your damper must be locked in the 'open' position year round.
Freestanding Stoves - Direct Vent
No existing stove, fireplace or chimney required. Typically used as space heater. Unit can be placed on an exterior wall and vented directly outside OR can be placed in an interior room and vented through the roof (if possible) or vent extensions can be used to extend up approximately 18 ft. across to reach an outside wall.
