We just bought a house with what we thought was a working fireplace. It turns out it was not safe to burn wood in it. I was totally dissapointed. Plan B was a gas fireplace. I contacted Classic Fireplace in The Beach and worked with Steve and Colleen who were both extremely patient and thorough in showing me different models based on my likes. When ready they sent Stephen the Technician over to our house to take a look at the current situation and what it would take to get the gas fireplace put in. Stephen was extremely professional and friendly. He took his time answering a bunch of questions for me. I later received a quote for the work we had discussed and unfortunately it was a higher cost then what I had budgeted. I contacted Stephen back and explained my situation and he said he would be happy to revisit and perhaps we could discuss other ways I could lower my costs and still get the fireplace I was hoping for. I ended up keeping the existing mantle rather then replacing it and I did some of the demo work myself which helped me get inline to my budget. Stephen was extremely flexible to work with. Three installers came to put our fireplace in and again they were all professional, friendly, extremely clean and tidy. My full experience with Classic Fireplace in The Beach was exceptional and I would highly recomend them.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Steve at the store was very knowledgeable and quick to deliver quotes and information with zero pressure. After purchase, the set up for delivery went very smoothly and the delivery guys, John and Matt, were great! They take you through your new BBQ and show you how to use it and some important things you’ll never take the time to learn on your own from the manual. Highly recommend!

I had my fireplace serviced today by Stephen and I have nothing but fabulous things to say!!!! He immediately took charge. Saw the problem(s,) and proceeded to address them. He was very polite,efficient and patiently explained what he was doing and why. Finally,I have no" open door "in my fireplace and it is clean and dry....no draft felt anywhere....after 11 years of a drafty ,cold living room. His work ethic is commendable and that is rare these days. Kudos to you Stephen!...it's been my pleasure meeting you and I know that you will continue to share your knowledge and expertise with others!
