**Review of Gas Stove Installation**
The gas fitters were prompt, professional, and efficient in their work. They completed the installation purposefully and left the area clean and tidy. They were courteous and took the time to answer all our questions. Before leaving, they ensured we fully understood how to operate the stove and its remote control. Overall, it was a great service with excellent value. Highly recommended!
Cannot say enough about classic fireplace. Steve at the Beaches location was extremely knowledgeable about the Napoleon products and helped us build out a complete outdoor kitchen. They were fast, friendly and pricing extremely competitive. Install guys were also awesome and walked me through the new products.
Matt came to the house. He was very polite and helped with fixing our gas fireplace. He was quick but efficient. We are really pleased that our Canadian fireplace was fixed to like new.

my name is Ian Madill, I recently had service done on my fireplace(January2025) by technician Travis, he arrived on time and was well prepared to complete the task.
He was courteous, knowledgeable and focused on completing the task. He instructed me on how to operate the remote. Unfortunately I wasn't listening. After he left I could not get it to work. So I placed a call to the company, spoke to service representative Karen. She walked through the problem and had it resolved within minutes. It is now working as described and I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Travis and Karen
