We scheduled a service call for our recently installed gas fireplace because the flame was small and blue, even at the max setting on the remote control. Your service technician (Matt) arrived the next afternoon. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Matt gave the fireplace a thorough inspection and then adjusted the gas-air mix (with a CO monitor in service throughout). As a result the flame is now a nice warm orange colour and much more responsive to the remote control. Great job - thanks!

Steve and Babz were great. We spent months looking for someone who could replace our gas fireplace with a wood-burner. We talked to dozens of people but no-one made us feel confident in the solution until we went to Classic Fireplace in Scarborough and Babz and Steve helped us out. After that it still took us months to decide on the actual fireplaces and finish. We finished up with a Stuv 16 zero clearance and Classic handled all aspects of the instal, from levelling the floor to installing the chimney liner and the fireplace itself. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the whole process and now the fireplace looks and works great. Thanks so much to Babz and Steve, they were great. David
