We were looking for a fireplace insert and when we discussed what we wanted in the unit you recommended the RSF Focus insert. It has the biggest viewing area of any of the options that would work for us, is Canadian made and was a reasonable price. The installation team did a great job, on time and workmanship well done. We are thrilled with the new unit and it is a much better experience than an open fireplace. Thanks for the recommendation and great service!

From the moment we entered Classic Fireplace, we knew we were in good hands. Karen took the time to educate us on all of the available options to us and pointed out the pros and potential cons of each. We were looking to convert our non functioning wood burning fireplace. With so many options available, it would be easy to become overwhelmed. Karen eliminated all the guess work for us without being pushy or aggressive, instead providing the utmost professionalism. She was a pleasure to deal with! She attended the check measure appointment in person and again was incredibly informative, polite and very prompt. From the time of order to the completed installation, we were kept up to date at all times. The installation crew were respectful in our home and the job was completed to our total satisfaction. From start to finish Karen and the entire Classic Fireplace team were incredible. We highly recommend them and am happy to post this review!
