We had Classic Fireplace replace our wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace 20 years ago and have been very satisfied with the improvement ever since - trouble free all these years. We recently (February 2026) had a routine service check done by Matt who was very courteous, thorough, efficient and friendly. No problems were detected. We recommend Classic Fireplace without hesitation.

My fireplace was installed early February ‘26, and it’s perfect. The service I received from Edward was great, as he is very knowledgeable and his follow-up is great. I was also really impressed with the installers, who did a really good job with a somewhat difficult space to insert the fireplace. From the beginning with Adam, the measurements with Steven to the final installation with Matthew everything was done professionally and timely. Adam showed us the various options we had and an estimate of cost which was well within our budget. Measurements were done a few days later with Steven and he showed us pictures of various designs. Once we settled on one the manufacturing time was quick. Matthew showed up exactly when it was scheduled for installation and within about 45 minutes it was complete. What a difference it made to the appearance in the room. We would definitely recommend Classic Fireplace and BBQ in Ajax. You won't be disappointed.

I had both annual service and repair of a gas cap that had come off in a storm. I am beyond impressed with the service for both of these jobs. Karen was wonderful in booking the jobs and the technicians were AMAZING! My gas cap was not an easy job due to height and type of roofing, but they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I can say enough about how pleased I am with every interaction with this company. I don't need a new fireplace now but the next time I do, this is the first place I'm headed.
