Very informative and explained everything to me so that I understood what the issue was and what steps would be taken to correct it. He was very polite, informative and understood my concern and worked to resolve it. We scheduled a service call for our recently installed gas fireplace because the flame was small and blue, even at the max setting on the remote control. Your service technician (Matt) arrived the next afternoon. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Matt gave the fireplace a thorough inspection and then adjusted the gas-air mix (with a CO monitor in service throughout). As a result the flame is now a nice warm orange colour and much more responsive to the remote control. Great job - thanks!
