Bruce was very helpful and knowledgeable in the selection of a fireplace. We picked one that was not immediately in stock but Bruce found another that was better in the Ajax store that we got for the same price. Very happy with the unit. Super customer service.

Five stars from beginning to end. I purchased a Napoleon BBQ from this fine establishment after 10 years of having a Broilmate BBQ. Spencer showed us the model that we ended up purchasing as well as the accessories for it. On the day of delivery, John and Matt were super professional. They took me through each aspect of my new grill and showed me how to operate and maintain it. Part of my gas line needed to be changed, which they not only did, but they even painted over the whole line so it looks new, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company to do business with if you're looking for a BBQ or a fireplace, which we are. I would definitely do business with this company in the future. Thank you to the whole team at Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store. I will come to see you again for a fireplace when I am ready.
