Worked with Stephen Foley on our project and the design of our fireplace. Stephen was great making himself available for in-home design review and sharing ideas and thoughts landing us on our preferred design. He walked us through the technical elements of the installation and things to consider while talking design - heat, materials to use as a surround etc. Really appreciated Stephen's input and knowledge of the product we were purchasing. Steve Jensen who completed the framing was a pleasure to work with, he was meticulous working through the framing and completing it to the design concept we were looking for. He was courteous, polite and just simply great to work with making sure our design that had specific measurements for the finished product were maintained. Appreciated Steve's patience and oversight to the details.

Am totally enjoying my new gas fireplace insert. So warm and snuggy especially with this weather. Can't say enough about Babz who sold me the product. She was so professional and knowledgable. The installation led by Kyle went smoothly and efficiently. They arrived right on time and left no mess behind. All in all, a very pleasurable experience.
A bit late, but we bought a new bbq in September from Classic Fireplace and everything was fantastic. The service we received and the delivery of the bbq was top notch. And the new bbq works so well.
