I highly recommend you check out Classic Fireplace in Whitby. Matt was very knowledgeable and took us through all the gas and electric fireplace options. We opted for a Napoleon gas fireplace. Karen came out to our home to measure and helped us to select the appropriate fireplace size for the space. Karen worked with our designer to determine the specific height of the fireplace. Classic Fireplace’s expert installers built a custom base and did a great job with the installation. Matt and Karen provided expert advice and excellent customer service! Anthony Randall

Fantastic service. We had Matt change out our old gas line with a new one while moving the location of the gas BBQ off the deck. Matt arrived on time, performed the requested service (in cold weather), cleaned up the area, and everything now looks very organized & safe. Thank you Matt for all your hard work today. I had a very positive experience with the removal of my gas fireplace. The gentlemen who attended the house took the time to explained the work, protected the floors and workspace, completed the work quickly, and left the house clean when they finished. They were also very courteous and professional. I don't leave reviews very often, but they did a job worth recognizing.
